ICTE Edinburgh Proceedings

The Edinburgh 1999 Proceedings were received in Dallas in early February 2000; all orders have been shipped as of the end of March, 2000.

However, over two dozen of the Proceedings have been returned to ICTE with notices that the recipient has moved with no forwarding address, or due to invalid addresses.  Most of these were from outside the U.S.  If you purchased the ICTE Edinburgh 1999 Proceedings and have not received them, please contact ICTE at icte@icte.org.  

As those who have attended past ICTE Conferences may know, ICTE has since 1996 published the Proceedings of each Conference following each event; those papers presented at the Conference are published in each ICTE Proceedings.
